Ridiculous Billboard AHF put up on Sherman Way!!!
 These guys are absurd. It's like the billboards you see in the south along the bible belt. I got some thai food in North Hollywood and saw this billboard on my way back. |

I'd love to know the percentage of people in the LA porn industry who actually vote. I'm guessing it's incredibly low. Single digits probably.

i guess it's because I'm in the industry i read that billboard message as a no against the proposal not as 'those digusting unsavory pornographers say no so you should say yes' - i bet lots of non-industry Los Angelinos will see the message the same way, vote NO on B.

AHF underestimated how many people in Los Angeles have some sort of tie to the industry.
They assume people will be repulsed by the term pornographer when in fact many that live in the Valley have family, friends or associates that are in the industry. Every time I tell someone in LA that I work in the industry they always feel compelled to tell me who they know in it... Will it make a difference on Nov 6th, not sure but they did help out the "No on B" cause with that billboard. Michael www.AdultBizLaw.com |
