RPi or MK802 for HTPC?

While putting together a systems spec for a Micro ATX build HTPC, I came across these two "Mini PC" that aren't as powerful but a lot cheaper and perfect for an HTPC. Has anyone experience with either and could recommend one over the other?

Thanks.

Those are neat little devices but when you go with something that cheap you are going to have all sorts of issues if you start getting into a bunch of different codecs and audio formats. Personally I would rather spend the extra money on a decent cheap pc and run something like an atI 5450 in it.
That's what I run on one if my htpcs with just an i3 processor and it plays every file I throw at it and runs mediabrowser perfectly smoothly.

Yea, I was thinking that these Mini PCs would be a little bit of a hassle but fun to hack around with. They can run video at 1080p in H264 format. From what I've seen so far they're a bit slow, but faster than a few of the computers I still have around.
