I took 2 double stacked pills last night one after the other wore off and it should be out of my system by now but somehow things seem really different now. I hear some people get this permanently, like there's people who take e once a year and it makes life seem different forever but most people just take it a bunch of times and wreck their brain.

i did "X" for nearly 2yrs streight on and off.

One compliment to that drug i can say is that its not addicting.

I used to do it ONLY when i was at a club, and if i didnt go to a club for 4 weeks, i didnt even have the urge. However after even your first time, you CANNOT go to a club without taking it. The experience is just plain and boring.

I never got in a "whole" or anything, just partied like never before.

ditto what nikudorei said.....i've done it about 6 or 7 times over the past 4-5 years.

The next day you will feel very blah...just try to watch comedy movies and hang out with light hearted friends until your body recovers.

your seratonin was totally depleted in one night which made you feel fantastic...but now your feeling depressed. You just have to recognize that it's part of the drug and that you will be fine. Don't stress about it.

The literature says e depletes your serotonin in the short term.

In the long term, e may destroy your serotonin neuron terminals, and permanently damage your memory- not your old memories like alchohol, but your ability to properly form memories.

I've taken e twice. Although I enjoyed it, the after effects stayed with me. I'm kind of sensitive to how well my brain is functioning, remembering, and keeping me happy. The second time I took ecstasy I felt different for months. I don't know if it set off depression, or if it was laced, or what was up. You know that face tension shit that happens when you're on it? I still get that.

Whatever the literature says, this is still a very new drug, and we won't know what all it does until everyone who initially took it is quite old. If you want to chance it, fine, but don't let people tell you this shit is safe. They just wouldn't know.

I actually feel pretty good after some rest. I definetly think it changed me for the better. If you're depressed but can't tell why I'd recommend it. Other drugs make you forget your problems but E kinda forces your subconcious into letting you know what's really bothering you. I still kinda feel that openness, not forced open like last night, but like I can be more in touch with it. Also noticing alot of things I took for granted before.

Bottom line is most drugs synthesize thoughts that really mean nothing. E forces you to feel what's deep inside your head and suddenly reality becomes beautiful, not the effect of some hallucination.

I got into E really heavy a few years back. I would pop 1-2 pills a night for days straight, and always take it on Fridays and Saturdays.

I would tend to agree with this. I took a massive amount of E for over 10 years. I started taking it here with the "Orange People" when it was still legal. Haven't touched it for 5 years now. I have done it, and i know the feeling you are having. It is like when you are on acid. About 3/4 of the way through the trip you start thinking that it will never end, and that you will never be the same, but after a day or so you snap out of it.

That being said. Don't do e too much it is extremely bad. Most drugs work by replicating the firing for certain nurons. They mimic things that are natural occurances in the brain, but they force them to happen at a specific time, and at more intense levels.

however Ecstacy is a NEURO TOXIN. The high you get is actually from the brain being eaten by the drug.

Finding that out is what made me stop.

I have done copious amounts of most drugs, and I had to stop doing ecstasy because it would just kill my body for the next 2-3 days after I'd do it. The rewards stopped outweighing the after-effects for me, so I stopped.

Try a good hit of acid (liquid preferably) and then take an E or two, now that's a good time.
