![]() Someone asked me to do them a favor and Photoshop them into a family portrait. Anyway, there was no space on the existing photo to add them in... So I'm having to extract EVERYONE onto a different background, and blend color temperatures, etc. Jesus what a fucking nightmare.
I'm not a total Photoshop idiot, but I'm certainly no expert when it comes to extraction... and I'm sitting here fumbling my way through the fucking Extraction tool... What a terrible way to spend an evening. My hand has a cramp... I feel like I'm doing brain surgery. |

You are trying to add people from different backgrounds into the same picture. You are not using a scalpel, you are using a computer mouse. Brain surgery is interesting. I read a news article once that said the patient can be conscious while the doctor is cutting the brain, so they can have a dialogue throughout the brain surgery.

Creative replies are given. They can sort through all those to find what they like and what they don't like. What is artistic and what is not artistic... Your avatar has the skull in it. Insanity? Educated skull could have been better than uneducated.

You have no avatar at all. When you select the Add New Avatar link in the Avatar menu you are presented with the add avatar option screen. You have the option to either add a single avatar or to add multiple avatars. Maybe you should use a robot avatar. Good luck.

It is much easier to extend the background. Try starting with a new, larger image. Clone the background in first, and experiment with the context-aware scaling gadget. Drop your photo into your new background, add your extra people where you need them, and blend around.
Good luck!
