New Verotel Compliance Procedures Non-MACL 2013
Almost done with the issue. Not that hard. Anyone else here find it a drag?
Hey no $500 fee! I like Verotel. "I am attaching a PDF regarding some changes to the Visa/MasterCard compliance requirements for 2013 for merchant's not on the Merchant Accepted Country List We will need you to scan a utility bill and email to this address, mobile phone bills not accept accepted. We will need an original notarized copy of your passport or US drivers license, this can be obtained by going to a notary to confirm identity. This will be be sent to us through the mail, this is for transparency purposes with our banks, as well as please send a scanned copy through email to this email address. The original notarized copy of your passport or US drivers license can be sent to the appropriate address listed on the attached Verotel address information sheet." |

Did you ever figure out what this "stiching" deal is all about, It looks like a third party will open some type of business under your name in the Netherlands. I just cannot figure out what kind of business entity. I asked support politely, since I plan to open a company on St. Martin and apply for a residency permit (which was a Netherlands Territory) if this would mess things up. I got simply got an answer with a question as to when I plan to do this. Obviously I have no choice but to go through with this, but does anyone actually know what It looks like on the Netherlands side (hopefully someone from Netherlands) - I would love to take advantage of having a Netherlands company or B.V. if they make one for you free of charge, just don't know what kind of corp that would be. Thank you for any information any members would have. |
