Why is it some lawyers can get judgements etc and keep their shit protected and others seem to be at the mercy of the tubes? I have never understood how that works. There are some gay sponsors that sue the hell out of people all the time and seem to be winning. Perfect Ten does the same thing.

Most porn webmasters rolled into this industry by coincidence. They made a website and money started to roll in. They never had to setup a business, hire staff, get an office etc.
Some did, and some grew into to real businesses. But a lot of them are just guys by themselves who don't have much idea on how things work in the real world.
All they do is just bitch and complain, but don't take any action.
They lose 5K here due to a sponsor not paying, 5K there due to a biller not paying, 10K there because the a third party payment provider goes out of business. Then they complain on a webmaster forum and hope some other people will actually do something about it, which usually never happens. A lot of them are lazy as well. They used to make a ton of money without doing too much work. They found out too late that you actually have to work hard and innovate these days to be successful. They just complain more on the webmaster boards, but still don't do anything.
Same with the content, if they really want it removed successfully they could, but it will cost a lot of time, work and money. Since business is already bad for them they don't want to spend like $10K on lawyers.
