I would assume that since the requirements are:

What are the minimum system requirements of the software?
Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7

It would need a Windows VPS if it can run on a VPS.

That is just dumb. Assuming the majority of tube sites don't support url based uploading that would mean that you would absolutely need a VPS/Dedicated machine to upload the content. A server side application would have been a better approach imho

My question was related to a specific application, the issue for me is to find out if I can use it on a VPS with cheap and fast bandwidth instead of PC with a limited bandwidth.

I've used TSS in the past, both for content marketing and for link building, and really liked it.

Just be prepared to spend some time getting it setup properly if you want to get the most use from it. I had the best results after getting a lot of content partner accounts, removing all tubes but those that actually produced results and by upgrading my net speed.

Same here. I'm just trying to see if it can be used on a more efficient platform than a regular PC. And yes, without partners account it does not produce as good results.

Are the videos only featured on the tubes if uploader has an affiliate program and partner accounts? Will tubes show the vids even without partner account? How many fewer views %-wise if no affiliate program?
