I guess everyone in the construction business should stop having to wear hard hats and steel toed shoes because it violates their free speech. And those pesky harnesses and safety ropes need to go if you're a high rise window cleaner. Don't want to trample on their first amendment rights. There are car seatbelt laws and motorcycle helmet laws that have been found constitutional -- the condom law is a condition of a permit (or license) -- basically the same thing ...

If seen objectionable or bad for business it is simpler to shoot elsewhere or on location.
