Transition business from companion to webcam model

Hi,

So, a friend of mine was a webmaster for some women who have left the companion business in Europe (some as agency owners and some as models) and they want to have him set them up in the webcam model business. It's just getting too difficult to deal with all the Google algorithm changes. He sees this as a business opportunity for himself and them. Also, he was referred to the LiveJasmin program.

o If not LiveJasmin, what are the best choices for webcam affiliate programs out there?

o How can he best structure their sign-ups to carve out a residual income for himself as he guides them into this new business model? Webmaster referral or model referral?

o Besides social media and their existing companion sites, what's the best sources for them to use to bootstrap some traffic to get their webcam business off the ground?

o What's the best or most popular webcam model sub-niches to orient their profiles towards to distinguish themselves from being lost in the millions of models out there and to avoid just trading one saturated market for another?

Thanks

"Webmaster referral or model referral?"

but they are models, not webmasters arent they ?

"What's the best or most popular webcam model sub-niches" (etc)
some cam websites have a lot less models on live than the major big ones, they would stick out more on these, the downside is those sites generally get a lot less traffic, so it might be trial and error with different sites.
some sites do lean more towards a sector, that is sometimes because of their signup criteria (or other reasons)
there are niches within cams, but only you know what niche they would fit into, i.e. milf etc etc

Thanks omgt. The reason for signing the agency owners up as webmaster referrals is because they could be in charge of setting up their own sites and recruiting webcam models.
