I use them because they saved me from my last hosting company. They created their own version of Debian and it is rock solid. My server is never down. My CPU load went from 2.xx to 3.xx in slow periods and 7.xx in high periods (which means it is totally taxed and 3 out of 7 requests are being dropped!) to .04 when slow and 1.xx when in high periods.

When I saw the reduction in the CPU I was like, OH SHIT! Something is fucked up! Major! I kept checking my traffic. All normal. Something has to be fucked up! They assured me, all is normal. Eventually I came to except, and expect, their superior service and dedication.

Ticket times are minutes. They are VERY helpful and have installed a lot of stuff for me. I highly recommend them. They are also on 24/7/365. Something my old host couldn't seem to understand.
