I was reading up on some older celebs the other day and I was amazed at how many of them put on sunscreen like it's lotion. I mean they wear it every day.

Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, Ellen Pompeo, Heather Graham and Jennifer Aniston just to name a few.

The sun does do a lot of damage to your skin not to mention the radiation does some genetic damage too, not a lot but when you're rich and famous you want to slow things down as much as possible.

I don't even like going out in the daylight. If I was living alone I would sleep all day in a heavily shaded room, windows boarded up and everything.

Nocturnal animals have long lifespans although it is probably because of fewer predators and less competition for food but I wonder if less radiation from the sun might be a factor.

There is vitamin D production that occurs but it is not worth the radiation trade off especially when we get plenty of it from food.

Our atmosphere and our bodies have changed in the last 40 years. Significant changes to our diets through engineered crops and animal feeds along with the replacement of natural substances in foods with artificial substitutes has also had an impact on us.

Look at the significant increases in both Diabetes and Autism.

We have to view Sunlight in the same way as we do drinking, eating and exercising, it's all about getting the correct dosage; too much will kill you, as will too little

That's why we have the term 'winter depression'. Dark cold days are not healthy for the mind.

I think those people just happen to stay indoors due to depression. Staying out of the sun is not what causes their depression.
