You should ask Paypal about their policies. As I recall:
* in US, they accept webshops selling adult DVDs * in EU, they don't accept webshops selling adult DVDs, but some sextoys are OK I don't think you can sell memberships though, if you want Paypal on your site. |

on ebay you can pay for porn with paypal as long as you're buying a hard copy DVD and not a downloadable video
since the site is shipping DVDs I'd imagine they stay within paypal's AUP?

TLAVideo isn't just 'a guy' they're a huge company, including JackRabbit Releasing and several other adult and none adult companies.
I'm pretty sure they have been seen by Paypal based on the volume of sales they push every day. |
