Im a little out of the loop since ive been in mainstream but as of lately im getting a high demand for adult dating sites from our affiliates.

You will not find it easy to place pixels - The only one I know of that has it as standard is Cupid PLC - They have pretty unique offers as well - Like FaceBook APP installs (including PPL).

Eddy you would be surprised. Alot of dating/cams/herbal companies have already started this. If you look at mainstream cpa networks they all have adult offers now. We are very used to placing pixels for affiliates and networks now
