You can convert any document to a PDF. So a Word designer, an Excel designer or a Power Point designer would be good as well i think.

Here is a tri-fold brochure my business partner's print shoppe recently did for Delta Dental
(one of the biggest dental insurers in the US)

THe cost is CAD$120 for the setup, with the client providing all text copy and royalty paid/royalty free images.
Turn around is 3-5 business days, and you will be given all PSD and PDF files.

We can also print the brochures for you, but shipping outside of Canada (We are in Montréal) is not the most cost effective, so it might be cheaper for you to take the PSD/PDF to a printer of your choice.
