designers and developers.

I have an office in Belgrade with 5 designers and 2 programmers. 3 of the developers and very proficient at wordpress and joomla as well. Plus i have 1 full time animator and 3d specialist.

staff is very cost effective. I have no interest in competing in adult design again (left that mostly 5 years ago) but the mainstream side of things is a bit slow right now so Im looking for ideas of what I should put my resources to work doing

any ideas? Dont think I want to launch a new program. May put them to work building traffic.

I am open to ideas and or partnerships if I like your concept and business model

Start a mainstream theme club for Joomla & WP. You don't have to worry about making a specific customer happy because he doesn't like the layout and wants you to redo it five more times. Most theme clubs only release 1 new theme a month 2 at most..

You provide a product & if they like it they buy it. Offer support by forum or paid one on one.
