Webair.com Free Hosting offer!

Dear GFY,

2 FREE MONTHS if you read this!!!! No strings, no long term contracts, just two free months to try us out! NO TROLLS PLEASE

Over the past few years, Webair has invested millions into our cloud services & support. We are proud of what we have achieved, and want to share it with you.

Why choose a cloud server over a traditional dedicated server? SIMPLE... No single point of failure, more secure, more redundancy, completely scalable!

Here is a quick listing of our cloud offers:

------------------------------------------------------

- Webair Cloud Servers - High Availability Managed Dedicated Cloud Server Solutions - You receive guaranteed cloud hosting resources such as CPU, memory, network bandwidth, and IOps. Unlike a traditional VPS (virtual private server), the WEBAIR DEDICATED CLOUD SERVER SOLUTIONS offer truly dedicated and protected resources while eliminating all single points of failure. Additionally, you have the ability for your CPU allocation to burst when there are free CPU cycles on the host machine. So often you end up with far more CPU allocation than what you are paying for! - http://www.webair.com/webhosting-cloud-servers.html

- Load Balanced Cloud Servers - Webair's LOAD BALANCED CLOUD SERVICES provide maximum horizontal scalability for unlimited growth. Webair couples the proven reliability of redundant physical load balancing hardware with the dynamic power of cloud computing. http://www.webair.com/load-balanced-cloud-servers.html

- Webair Fusion Cloud - provides the fastest disk speeds available in the Cloud PERIOD. Looking for speed? Look no further! http://www.webair.com/webhosting-cloud-fusion.html

- Webair Private Cloud - Webair's PRIVATE CLOUD SERVICES provide the ability to combine the rapid scalability and self-service functionality of a Public Cloud, with the power and reliability of dedicated resources. - http://www.webair.com/private-cloud-servers.html

- Webair PROTO CLOUD? - OUR LATEST OFFERING! - Who needs Amazon when you have Proto Cloud. Spin up & dial down instances in seconds! High Performance, Economical, Scalable, API integration, EzPanel? Integration. Best yet, PAY ONLY FOR WHAT YOU USE!! - Hourly Cost:* $0.04

- Webair Cloud storage - The ultimate in managed storage solutions! Compatible with any of our cloud services! Fully secure, redundant and scalable -- with built in backups/snapshots and the ability to grow to any size you need! http://www.webair.com/webhosting-cloud.html

- Webair Hybrid Cloud - provides all the power of the cloud with the flexibility of dedicated physical infrastructure. Build and customize dedicated cloud environments that can be merged via direct Layer2 connectivity to any number of physical servers or colocation racks located in the same data center.
Combine managed hosting and cloud hosting configurations using Webair's Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure. http://www.webair.com/solutions-hybrid-cloud.html

------------------------------------------------------

I'm offering 2 Free Months on any CLOUD or VPS account to any one who references this GFY post. These accounts include 24/7 support via toll free phone, ticketing systems, & Live Person-chat.

I'd genuinely like to show anyone willing to try our services how far our support has come.
I will personally CREATE A WEBAIR SUCCESS STORY ONE CLIENT AT TIME! I'm tired of seeing all the unjust banter that has tarnished the Webair name in this valuable forum.

Ill prove it all wrong, you've got nothing to lose.

Contact me directly I will hook you up!

I've hosted with you guys in the past. Hard drives would fail every other week. Getting them replaced would take ages. Thankfully I managed my own machines rather than relied on your techs. I speak from experience. I now have over 10 servers i manage across 3 different data centers and I have a fraction of the headaches I had when I had two servers with your company.

I don't doubt any issues you may have had in the past, and I certainly apologize for any inconvenience you faced while hosting with Webair.

I'm not sure when this transpired but in the past few years Webair has made HUGE strides.

If you need another server Ill get you the best deal possible and prove it to you.

I thought you hated small customers:

Quote:
Let's do a reality check here. 90% of these little whinning punks have nothing to do but sit here posting like little baby bitches. Webair has been around servicing us for 10+ years. The main compaints come from these "bottom" feeders using a $4 a month account are that the 100 a hour Techs don't have time to deal with their little 2 dollar questions.
I suggest that all you that have the time to sit hear whinning like little bitches is go to flippen work like real MEN and quite whinning like little girls!
That was (allegedly) said by Webair Mike.

Just because they are networked servers doesn't mean it's "cloud." Just sayin. You guys need to hire some real professionals, then maybe you will get some respect.

I have never hosted with, but from talking to them. They do have a real cloud infrastructure built on vmware and I think it was either Flexpod or vBlock. I dont really remember and couldnt verify if its true or not because I have never been to the datacenter. But if true, that is real deal cloud... whether you have the infrastructure or not, you still have to provide a good service.

I have had to reset my Webair password 8 times in 6 months because a *current* pw would no longer work. It wasn't just me logging in from my laptop or desktop on the East Coast meaning where a specific issue related to browser, OS combo or whatever could impact a login, but my tech mgr in the Midwest and my designer in California pm-ing or texting me they couldn't log in either on multiple occasions. Nothing has been done to address this issue even tho it was brought to Webair's attention.

I'm not a board troll. I'm a very unhappy customer.

You bunch of losers in here who cry about there not being any biz threads. What is the point when every biz thread has trolls in it bashing the company, not just webair but web designers, content and really it does not matter.
A guy says promote my site and you have a troll bitching about his ratio and he has no clue what links he even left up or where the traffic comes from LOL.
If there was not so many troll and cry baby bitching maybe more.... well fuck I am bitching too haha but you get the point

I set up like 10 dedicated servers at 10 different hosting companies once a few years back. Apart from Hostgator (which is to be expected), Webair was the next worse experience i've ever had in adult with maybe 20+ hosting companies over the years. We had to cancel the box before we even used it because of all the wasted time in getting it set up, configured and the promises to help migrate sites/scripts/databases over which was agreed to beforehand and which never happened. Support tickets went unanswered indefinitely and we had to keep calling during business hours to get any help at all... and then were told what we wanted to hear with nothing ever being resolved.

People bash Webair because they have, have had or know plenty of people that have had bad experiences. There are regular complaints on this board every week and that can't be said of other hosts and its not like Webair is 10X bigger than any other hosting company.

Why aren't people here doing the same to Mojohost or Natnet for example???? Simple, they are well run companies that don't deserve bashing.

I had 3 dedicated servers with webair for 5+ years. Thankfully I had uptime monitoring with another company to notify me when services were down so that I could contact live help to have them bring them back online, otherwise I am sure I would have had LOTS more downtime.

In the last instance my hard drives were failing. They suggested moving into the cloud. I repeatedly told them how I could not afford any extended down time to which they assured me I would not.

First I was told it would take 24 hours, then 48 hours, then a couple more days, which ultimately turned into 3-4 weeks of downtime.

They cost me $15k in lost profits. Obviously all of the money lost while the sites were inaccessible as well as the money lost in the weeks following due to them causing my SE rankings to disappear due to the downtime (I do SEO for a living).

I expressed my frustrations, lost income, told them I would happily back up that I had indeed lost that much. Guess what they offered their customer of 5+ years to make up for the HUGE loss? A measly $300 and some change...

That was the day I left Webair.

Which is strange, because a p2v (physical to virtual) migration is not really rocket science, especially for a web server.

Funny, I don't every see this happening to Mojohost or NatNet.

Where there's smoke, there's fire. Just saying.

What's with it with webair and their cloud? The brag/mention it every chance they get, and they had been trying to push it down my throat pretty hard before.

It's like their solution to every problem: "Oh, your shit doesn't work? Buy our cloud service".

that really was not my point, im sure there are some that have nobody at this time who will bitch about them. Remember the thread about the guy crying and he pays 4 bucks a month. You get what you pay for and I spend more then 4 bucks a month wiping my ass LOL
I have heard lots of good about mojohost and wonder if the trolls would come out there too. I'm just saying it would be nice if they stayed under the bridge for once

First of all, let's put the $4 bullshit to rest. There are no plans like that at webair.

Second, a service is a service. If they offer it (no matter how cheap) they have to properly support it. Right now their policy is like this: "Oh you have problems? Go fuck yourself, you bought a cheap plan. All our whales are happy".

You're right. Everyone is just trolling. Webair really is a top notch company with superb service. All these horror stories are just bullshit.

I am not sure how people don't get this. People say cheap account this, cheap account that. When I was at the peak of blogging, I had 4 dollars account. About 35-40 of these accounts spread across a # of hosts.. That's more then most of these 'players' pay for their 1 dedicated server and I always got the same service as everyone else. The people who use that as an excuse just know nothing about customer service.

I completely agree, that is why mojohost switched to dedicated only. In my experience, the people that pay the least tend to complain the most. It's the same as posting something for cheap on craigslist, you attract the dregs of society.

If you want good shared hosting with legit support from a large hosting company

Here is my affiliate ID

http://www.lunarpages.com/id/supzinccom

Use the coupon code valentines2013 until Feb 17th. I believe it is 50% off of any shared hosting plan. You just have to transfer 1 domain there in order for it to process the coupon.

Been with colo-cation.com since 2004.... after seeing this, I wouldn't consider touching it with a ten foot pole - not to mention that the OP is nowhere to be found after the first ten posts. Chris at colo-cation.com has helped me keep my network online and gives me awesome pricing/bandwidth. Uptime has been great and support is quick and efficient. I think i'm in the same cabinet as juicyads.com...

The OP isn't anywhere to be found because he got his ass handed to him. You don't provide shitty service, create a bad name for yourself, then come on a forum where everyone knows just how bad your service really is and expect people not to call you out on it.
