Mexico and US partnering up?
http://www.fns.usda.gov/cga/factsheets/reaching.pdf
USDA and the government of Mexico have entered into a partnership to help educate eligible Mexican Nationals living in the United States about available Nutrition assistance. Mexico will help disseminate this information through its embassy and network of approximately 50 consular offices. So it sounds like the US is educating the Mexicans before they cross the border to that they can use the US food stamp program properly? http://www.fns.usda.gov/pd/SNAPsummary.htm in 2008, there were 28,223,000 people getting food stamps for a cost of $34,608,040,000 in 2012, there were 46,609,000 people getting food stamps for a cost of $74,619,830,000

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that |

Well, yeah, eight years of a Republican White House destroyed our economy forcing people to loose homes, loose jobs, and - surprise! - go on food stamps.
