When Paxum stops requiring more information to create an account than my own bank does, then they'll be considered a viable option... I don't know why everyone thinks Paxum takes so long to set up. I went through the process and had my card in less than 2 weeks.

Not even just that. Most of these designers, coders etc only accpet paypal or its their main funding source depending on country ...

It is pretty simple. All they have to do is log into their account and then click on the button to request money and put your info in there. You will get an email with options to pay them including CC, online check etc.
