not so sure I have policy's... pay bills on Monday, that's when I get paid. edit in the early morning, more relaxing. I listen to audio books... haven't had time to watch TV much lately... maybe 7 hours last few weeks...

Have refined it to 'To Do before 1 hours time ie 8am / 9am' then I get 5 minutes to read some news etc...

Works for about half of the day.

I put everything in my calendar. So from 9-10 AM, I do X. 10-11, Y, etc etc. This way i schedule my appointments around them, I always make sure I don't sway from my goals. This also makes sure I get reminded on both my computer and my phone that I have to do something.

1) Installed f.lux software so my montior slowly starts going dark @dusk prompting me to get the fuck off the computer. This increases my daily downtime which increases productivity. For me this was life changing.

2) Uninstalled Gmail notifier

3) Only open Gmail 3 times a day to answer/get emails . 9.2.5
