you don't need a plugin, just edit the template and use a custom field (if you want to select random posts) or if the posts without dates are going to be in a particular category, you don't even need the custom field. Additionally, you could use this approach even if on different categories, just create a "nodate" (or whatever) category, assign all categories you don't want dates to that category and then in the template use conditionals: if post is NOT in category nodate, show date. Else, show nothing
