It also appears to be a "pass the buck" mentality. No one knows what to do in an organization after the problem gets passed around, so the next best solution is to just hide it and act as if nothing happened and then footnote that removal of the image was for SEO purposes?

They emailed Eric to remove the image HERE but didn't send a DMCA to remove the content from PlanetSuzy?

I'm pretty sure that in many cases Planet Suzy just ignore DMCA notices.

We've seen dozens of examples, so it's possible they did DMCA Planet Suzy.

Regardless, Simon Key is doing business with people all over the place, he's shaking your hand to do traffic deals while stealing content to produce the traffic.

Why is AWE still dealing with him ? Simple, AWE will smile and shake your hand while at the same time paying the people stealing your content. They don't care where their traffic comes from.

It's been raised many times on this forum that Planet Suzy, Vintage Erotica Forum etc all have LiveJasmin popups yet what have AWE done ? Nothing, because traffic is more important than good business practices.

I'm sorry with being slow to respond in the thread. I'm at the Phx Forum and I'm not at my usual GFY addiction stage while I am here. We are also amongst the folks that run the board at the moment - physical presence. So, it isn't really all that much effort to talk to some of the people I truly enjoy knowing over a coffee and mention stuff that might be going on.

The assumption that DCMA hasn't been sent is pretty presumptuous. It isn't a case of you send them off and instantly things are zapped off the internet. I am sure many of us here and in the broader industry, wish that was the case.

LFP is constantly fighting the piracy battle. It is a fairly regular part of mine and various other staff member's day to be working to handle one violation or another.

So,come on, I may work for a pretty great company but I have yet to master the skills of long distance telekinesis. I can't just wish away violating material. If I could, a lot more people would have bought me drinks yesterday.

I understand and appreciate the reason for that post and hence I didn't ask for anything in it to be changed apart from the link. Also, I am probably one of the most 'jacked in' members of this board. I am constantly on email, social media and messengers. If somebody sees a violation involving our products, contact me, let me know and I can assure you it will be taken seriously.

Now, I am going to go downstairs, sit in the morning sun with some lovely industry folk and mainline come caffeine so I can bring my smiling face to all of the parties tonight. Have a great day.
