freelancer.com verification (if any experienced that) ? - GoFuckYourself.com

Does anyone know how does it work with paypal? For some reason I can not verify my account via paypal because it does not let me to pay from my paypal balance and only requests me to enter credit card details for payment to go through.
Everywhere else I can pick:
pay from paypal balance or pay from associated CC.
With freelancer.com verification there is no balance option, although they claim it should be and I should take my concerns to paypal.
It might have something to do with the fact that my CC on paypal is expired BUT despite that everytime I pay I can pay from balance anyway.

I need to post project in 2 hours tops and this shit is happening (I had scriptlance account and using freelance.com for the first time since merger)

Ok, I verified my acc via my credit card, but I can not even upload funds from my paypal balance, how come? I can pay anywhere with my balance but no option when uploading funds there. Freelancer.com claims I should talk to paypal, but its not like paypal forbids me to pay balance only on freelancer.com while allows me to pay everywhere else..
