Is it convenient for my account to change another IP if the share IP address was blocked in China.
I want to make a adult forum (Chinese language.). but I am worry about the share IP address maybe blocked in China. Is there a good solution for this ? How to change the IP as soon as possible ?

Your question was a little confusing. Do you mean you host your website on a shared account, and you want to change the IP address when it is blocked by the great firewall of China?

The answer is pretty obvious: Yes.
If your ip is blocked in China, no chinese in China could read your forum, so it would be useless. So, just get another IP and done. ALso I would suggest a mirror site, so they always have the emergency alternative site if your site is blocked again.
