How does a place looks like, when it looks really cold? How do you know, that it was cold there? Actually, it was, because the central heating system was broken. Noone lives there, the place is used only for partys, like this one. So noone repairs the heating system. We used two PB fireblaster to make it warmer, but it wasn't enough.
