WTF is going off from what im reading im putting power back in to the grid
last month meter read 16887  and today 16681  Am i reading this wrong? |

Yes, you read it wrong. Read it like an analog watch to get correct results.

that is pretty twisted, each "clock" is numbered differently...
pretty easy to screw up and read it correctly...
