You mean in terms of MBit a second? If so, the previous posters question about whether you mean gigabit or gigabyte is important, as is the timeframe (ie, a gigabyte a month is only something like 380bytes/sec)

MB = 1M Bytes = 8M bits
GB = 1000 MB = 8000Mb

1Mbit/sec then would take 8000 seconds to transfer 1GB.

3660 sec = 1hr
86400 sec = 1 day
2635200 sec = 1 mo (30 day)

From there, do the math

If you want to be really anal use 1GB = 1024MB but 1:1000 is usually good enough.

Umm, in real world measurements I would say about 1 and a half hours of a Hun listing. Maybe two and a half with 12 highly compressed pics.
