Contact Payoneer customer support and ask them to hook you up with a US virtual account and have then simply withdraw from your paypal account into the US virtual account which is automatically connected to your Payoneer card.

There is no sense in asking for a middle man to do this.
You can send PAYPAL to PAYONEER directly, they have that feature available and it works great. |
