It could be Verotel / Epoch / Zombaio or Inet-Cash, but it's paid $350 for any of those.

You should describe it so anyone could set up a program by following your article

It should be based on your experience. You can advertise your service of setting up a program in that article if you offer one.

The deal could be extended if you can do complete review of affiliate software and bring some really good writing for starting up affiliate programs

MrDeiz...I'm all for this tutorial and wish you luck in finding someone to tackle this monster...perhaps a video to accompany the text would be helpful aswell?

It's much easier to learn NATS from TMM support over the phone. I think the full course takes about 2 hrs. Reading all that would pretty complicated. Writing an article in a coherent way - even more so.
