Really a lot of cam programs around, some convert good, some are over full of customers and used to convert.
What payout plan works best for you?

This is an age old question. To answer that consider the following?

Your current traffic source is it something that you can build on and will be able to continue to do for years to come? Will it be short lived and you need to make the most of it while possible?

The companies that you are advertising weigh the odds of the pay per sale and potential of long term earnings? Do you need the money now or can you wait for it?

Is your traffic the kind that wants a quick fuck or do they prefer the foreplay and fuck later?

Rev share is for those that are investors and want their initial efforts and costs to work for them in the coming months/years that will be stable income without any extra work on their part.

Pay per sale is for people that want their money immediately and want to cut the risk of not earning more money on that specific surfer.

Do you need the fast cash to help get you setup and cover upfront costs? In the beginning the PPS is nice especially if you are just starting out and the traffic is costing you. Once you get everything squared away then you may consider looking at the long term options.

Personally I split my traffic between both over different networks. This gives me long term earnings with companies that have been tried and proven to stand against time while others are here one minute and gone the next. Basically I recommend not putting all of your eggs in one basket if possible! Good luck!

Revshare if you believe the program will be around for a year or more and you trust them. PPS if not or if you are buying the traffic or risk adverse.

Depends on your audience, if you have your customers from tier one countries than it is pay per signup, otherwise just revshare because people in Hong Kong have credit cards too.

don't limit yourself to only one site, make one revs and other pps.

there are people who spend a lot on cams, for instance on one of my wcw revs wl's, i noticed single new and recurring transactions of $87.5 which is in the start higher than $75 and those are repeated with the time.

Anybody, and I mean anybody that joins a webcam affiliate program is a fool.

It's all un regulated. They are all the same. They lure you with amazing PPS deals... and after you do all the work and set up all the links.... you make a few sales and think, "yes a good program" ...and then, you'll notice thru the months your sales dwindle down to shit??? So you send more and more traffic, and still no sales? Mean time you're sending massive amounts of traffic in.

It's the same bullshit with all the webcam sites I've rep'd over the years. When you inquire as to "what happened to my sales, I've sent in 500,000 hits this month...They respond by saying "oh, the market is slow right now, sales suck...." but the truth is, the skimming and stealing has been perfected to a science. Digital crime is the hardest to detect and what average person has the time and money to sue a webcam company for a drop in sales?

Webcam companies KNOW that even if sales suck, you won't take down all the links because you worked so hard to put them all up. Then, denial kicks in. "oh, next month sales will be better..." LOL Then after a few more months of no sales, you forget about it and move on. But, what you don't know is all your links are sending sales in and there's not a dam thing you can do about it.

The skimming and stealing is so rampant it's hilarious. Site owners pay off 10 dummy accounts and flash the stats to the general public, then steal all the rest.

The porn market is a huge multi billion dollar industry. Sales down? Not a chance. What, you think there is a shortage of testosterone and guys jerking off online? Why do you think these stunning women are all doing webcams? Because that's where the new money is. Sure, your webcam sales suck.... but not their sales. It's the skimming and stealing that is has increased so much, that everybody thinks the market has bottomed out. Webcam affiliates are fools. Nothing but sheep doing all the work for online thieves with no regulation, no inspections, nothing at all. A license to steal right under your nose.

I have done both and my calculations are (over a year or 2) Revshare = PPS X 3. Could be i had some luck with whales but for now i will keep doing revshare ^^.

Ok So a lot of votes on revshare, but seriously with offers from xcams and awe like 200-300 PPS how could 25% -35% revshare ever beat that?

I personally signed up for a few cam sites and spent some money (not through an aff link)
but I am not worth that much as a sale

you can always split your traffic and test them both (pps vs. rev) ... and depending on the results you will have you can go for revs or pps.

I know that there are some whales who start spending on shows every week,
but I have a friend who started a WL and the revshare on those WL does not really match the pps, bottom line he is not making that much money.

How long does it take for a revshare plan to match a pps usually? any idea?
3 months 6 months? a year?

Generally as a guide, and as my opinion only, not science, if a program is $75 PPS or less, with 30% revshare, go with revshare. If it's $55 PPS or less, with 20% or more revshare, go with revshare.

If it's $75 PPS, with less than 30% revshare, go with PPS. If it's more than $75 PPS, go with PPS.

If it's $200 PPS or more, don't waste your time with either. You can't trust it.

Seriously, at the time we added it, I asked in GFY how much for a good PPS, and consensus it was $80+, and that's what I had set. It seems still it. More than $80 I think would be a loss even on long term, at least for us, and I see people is suspicious on too high PPS, even if I bet they all try it once
For a cam program an issue with PPS, more than with revshare, it is the fraud carders, most of who signup with PPS mode is a carder... I mean new affiliates... of course a few are real and keep for long, but... also direct incentivized chat/mail/bro sales, which is basically a fraud in case of pps: you send lots of bro's or bf's to signup $10 each once in a life, promising them $15+ or other in exchange. such as naked shows if a cute filipina. Some filipina can signup as PPS affiliate and send you worth $2000+ of PPS's of guys (all her yahoo/skype userlist) who will buy once the minimum, but at least not chargeback, just you lost 90% of that payout.
