you can do that with wordpress pretty easy and custom coded is easy as pie. i only see 2 dynamic pagees.

if you looking for something free then wordpress is your best option.

there is readymade script for that , i dont recall its name, but 1-2 years back some site reached alexa under 1k using that script, he was using juicyads for selling his spots.

Pretty fucking sad what the state of design is online these days when so many think everything they see has a template or script available for them to go get so they can run a site just like it.

Learn simple PHP and basic graphic design and do your own shit.
