NATS and Google Analyics Goal Tracking

Has anyone ever set up google analytics goal tracking with NATS? It works for us but only tracks some of the joins to our site, misses most.

Cant figure out why.

Here is the GA code we use on the NATS approved page and sitewide tour.

I see you use SegPay
Do they redirect the customer back to the Nats approval page instantly after joining?
A lot of billers first show their own confirmation page and after X seconds refresh to the Nats one, it could be that new members already click to the members area from the biller's approval page. Also some billers don't forward to the Nats approval page at all.

If that is the case, you could do something like this:

Make a html page on something like hdvpass.com/goal.html and add the analytics code in it and set that page as the goal. Then in the members area load that page in a 1 by 1px iframe (and add some php code to only show it to new members that login for the first time).
