my wifi sucks...
when on laptop my wifi goes out and trys logging in to antoher network.. what could cause the router to just reset out of no were, i do not have pass protected because some reason when i do that the other computers wont connect even with the pass.
I assume it's the neighbors logging on since no pass protect what do u think? |

Depending on your OS, your laptop will not reconnect automatically to that network. Also, you can change the order of the networks, putting your Wifi at the top of the connection preference list. You also can change the roaming tendency of your wifi adapter in its property settings. Changing it to "conservative" will stop your laptop from wanting to switch.
