Wimbledon has a noise level restriction but I don't know how often they actually enforce it. The problem with that match was the Portuguese girl also happens to be maybe the loudest screamer in the business.

They're taking steps to control the screaming at the junior levels now. They figured the girls today it's too much engraved into their brains to scream in attempts to disrupt opponents. Womens tennis should be quieter in the future though.

Women's tennis is a joke. I only watch it for the ladies but only for like 15 minutes or so. It's not the screams because also men do some noises when they let the air out during a hit but the fact women play just like a poorly designed tennis training: hitting the ball from one to another until one makes a mistake.
If you look at women playing you'll see that there is no strategy, only waiting for the other player to make a mistake and in women tennis it comes very fast in the form of hitting the net or hitting an out.

Just take a look at the NFL, NBA and US Track & Field teams and you have your explanation for their "degree" of muscles.

Decades of breeding the biggest and strongest slaves ended up with the inevitable result of the US having some of the best athletes in the world. It's a bummer how it happened, but the evidence is there.

Despite their muscle tone, both sisters have honed their ball targeting skills precisely.
