What is the best program that offers mainstream ads on adult site

Was not sure where to post this but one of my sites is very soft adult (all vids are from youtube) and I dont really want to use xxx ads but sadly cant use adsense,chitika,adbrite is dead etc. What is the best program that also offers mainstream ads on ,in a way, adult site?

I am using edomz.com but they pay $0.7 per 1000 popups (even for countries like USA,germany etc - some asian countries pay more than HQ countries wtf) and they count a little fraction of them (maybe so many people have adblockers but I dont think so). I applied for popads.net but it takes forever to get site approved.

In past I tried plugrush,exoclick (how do we even make non adult photo ads?),juicyads and others but cant seem to get more than around $2 per day (with 20k pageviews/10k visitors/day) and visitors didnt appreciate xxx ads.I only have 1 highly visible ad on site - 300x250 banner or pop ups like now..
