Hi guys...

Searching a videochat solution for a new project...i was checking out all the "pret-a-porter"-stuff...but it is quickly clear that the cost to change it to our scenario will rise to the cost of a custom built one...
8 years ago, i was handling a simular project and chose for Jamoncam...we lost 80K there...so i don't want that story repeated.

Someone has experiences with building up from scratch ?
Recommendations ?
It ain't simple and cheap, we all know that...but it is fucking hard to find the right people.

We tried Freelance.com but got 1000nd's offers from India (no offence)...
We tried the ready packages, but too many customizing needed...

I have a complete scenario ready, even visual click by click features and functions...
So there can be absolutely no misunderstandings about nothing...

Offers, proposals, advize, recommendations ?

I have a solution about 90% complete that ended up getting cut short due to funding and backing out of a partner (personal issues). I still am very close with the developers (they've built 2 video chat solutions for me from scratch) and they've very reasonable pricing.

You can see the solution with some temporary data/profiles at www.julietlive.com. I don't know what you're after and how much it may vary from a solution like this, but this one is fairly thorough (from tipping, private chat windows, various billing gateways, spending limits / "levels", internal messaging + gifting, and more) and can be modified to suit your needs.
