I actually like the original of the asian girl, but on the rest your retouches show definite improvement, which is the goal. So... good work. I did this kind of thing on all my old content and have been retouching photos for many years. I can see the effort you've put in.

She is a bit "red" but I personally liked it. Main thing with her was the acne.

It all depends on how "bad" the original is and just how far you want to take it. It could take a few minutes up to 30 minutes or so I guess. You could retouch blemishes, moles, or pimples in a few minutes, but if you do color correction, skin smoothing, etc. it could take a while.

Understandable. That sample was done in steps for that exact purpose. To see just how far you could take it without going full plastic.
