Is Twisty's profitable to promote anymore ?

It's a known fact everything Manwin touches turns to shit except their ~Tubes~.
Is is worth it sending Twisty's quality traffic when their conversion ratios have plummeted ?
(Twisty's is the last Manwin property I've kept)

I dunno. I'm small fish but I've never had any luck whatsoever promoting Twistys content. Started promoting Babes.com with my new blog also, but no luck there yet

It's a bit of a dilemma for me. I don't want to write them off completely, because I'm certain that I could make improvements in regards to how I do things, but I also don't want to waste time trying to promote content that isn't going to convert for me.

Yup, I'm surprised to hear anyone's promoting vanilla non-niche porn like Twistys in this day & age, unless they've got mass amounts of traffic to throw at it (in which case it still wouldn't be the best use of said traffic). This is stuff that's saturated the web 10 million times over by now.

I don't understand it. Tube sites are saturated with unlimited free content that people used to pay for, but now no one wants to pay for it. I'm shocked! Whod'a thunk it?

It's been a while since I've seen an affiliate praising Twisty's and you used to see that quite a bit. Granted paysite affiliates are disappearing these days but historically that's been a pretty good metric for measuring how really popular programs convert.

Once they drop the affiliates all tend to move on and no one mentions them. The same thing happened to webcams.com when Manwin bought them. Go search for them if you have time between 2008 - 2011 and you'll visibly see it. There will be a six month period where you see people suddenly complaining of horrible conversions right after Manwin bought them and then thereafter no one hardly ever mentions them again other than the reps. But prior to Manwin buying them the program was thriving and it was all over everyone's sig.

I do think nowadays a lot of guys keep their successes and high-converting sites close to the vest, the slices of pie are just too thin to share...

This was pretty quick and well defined though. If you have the time and care go back and see for yourself. I think webcams.com was bought by Manwin around March/April 2010. Check Jan 2010 to June 2010. Something similar seems to have happened with Twisty's. I remember people complaining here about the lack of updates.

Regarding Manwin as I recall for 15 days or a month or so the stats vanished after they bought webcams.com -- literally. Thereafter things never seemed to return for most affiliates.

Fabian the owner of Manwin (GFY name "Nathan") talks about Twisty's and the situation here. Worth a read maybe.

Yeah, that's basically my situation as well. The problem is that since I do not have that much traffic, it's hard to determine where the problem is. As in, is it just that people aren't interested in paying for the content or are there steps I need to take to better promote things and increase traffic. I think it's a little bit of both, but from what I've heard about Twistys I am not very confident about being able to improve things.

Twistys still converts very well with an overall ratio of 1/550.
depending on the kind of traffic that you have, you can use different landing pages. Twistys also have a new tour that will be available to all affiliates very soon.

Make sure to hit me up so I can check out your sites and make suggestions on which landing pages you should use

Two years ago now, and as far as I'm concerned Fabian (Nathan) never owned shit.
