I prefer hosting in Holland!
Dedicated server. 4000 Gigabyte datatraffic 1CPU, 4GB Memory, 120GB Storage managed or not managed but if managed DON'T FUCKING bill every fucking bullshit ticket I send. Please price of server (start up) and monthly costs from there...

www.mijnvpspartner.nl... I use their shared hosting (mijnhostingpartner.nl) occasionally, and they're great...
Very fast and friendly support, never had to pay extras... I know it's a VPS host, but if you talk to those guys, i'm pretty sure they'll work something out (they're pretty flexible) Only if you speak dutch tough, but seeing your location i guess that's not a real problem
