I need to get either 28 eur cents or 40 us cents. If you mark it as "family and friends" you should be able to send them with 0 cent fee on your end and on my end as well (unless you have business account then I am not sure about it).

Back in around 2000 or 2001 I remember some camgirls suggesting that viewers paypal them $1. This was back when webcams were still images, usually embedded on their personal site, and most of them were non nude. Never found out if it worked, but I wouldn't be surprised.
