I am not sure how I contain my anger. It might have something to do with being a Marine. I am capable of great anger & awesome violence, but generally speaking I don't like hurting a fly. Only when it's called for.

no, but seriously i try to think what got me so angry and is it really worth it. believe it or not, i can be a rather emotional guy and often takes things to serious, especially if I think someone is mad at me or I did something wrong. with anger tho it's not always easy because you can't switch your brain into a rational thinking. I used to slam stuff around and break things, but like any lesson, a few thousand dollars of broken shit later, I just try and relax Quote:

Sometime during the summer I accidentally cut somebody off in a parking lot, and he sat there in his car screaming at me. The veins were popping out of his forehead. When he finally gave me a chance to speak, I calmly told him to go home and look in the mirror, and think about his life. I felt like I won because he didn't know what to say.
