?I?m doing good man,? read an e-mail to the friend on Feb. 2. ?I have access to Internet for like 5 minutes or so, and I will not be able to log in my e-mail for at least the next few weeks.?

Mr. Schrier escaped on July 29, he said, by squeezing out of a basement window and wandering, in shoes too small and with the long beard he had grown in captivity, through Aleppo until he found other rebels.

These men protected him and drove him the next day to Turkish authorities at the border. American diplomats soon whisked Mr. Schrier away.

The al Qaeda elements of the Syrian rebels I read (somewhere, forget now) were reported hiding into the civilian population in the face of American and French air strikes.

No one mentions that maybe the ultimate aim is to create a level playing field between the Rebels and the Syrian government then stand down and let them destroy each other.

Hey I know it must be hard to actually read the links you post.. However he was detained by Islamist extremist that call themselves rebels, but he was saved by the actual real rebels. I know that's a tough concept to understand that in every war in the Middle East the Islamist extremist flock to it trying to take advantage of the situation. At least read the links before you post...

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that
