Ctr is usually the problem with tube monetization. Go with popunders on cpm or mobile redirects. If you can find something which people will click and get under a 1:500 ratio at $10+ a pop then go for that too.

Sign up as an affiliate for a bunch of producers.

Place thumbnails and video clips of their content along with the affiliate codes all over your site.

When your visitors go to those sites and spend money, you get half of that money.
