If you find AmeriNoc's servers to be expensive and overpriced for their managed servers, you will have a real hard time finding anything that matches their service and hardware level for what you are willing to pay.

Your only option to get anything decent if you are looking for dedicated servers cheaper than AmNoc, is to go unmanaged. Or find someone that dumps the price and see how long you have to wait to get support.
