In 1996, Clancy co-founded the video game developer Red Storm Entertainment and has had his name on several of Red Storm's most successful games. Never read one of his books but I was really addicted to Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas a couple of years back!

Sad news. In recent years he has mostly just come up with ideas and let other people write them, but he has about 10 books that he wrote himself that were great.
