is there a way (with htaccess for example) to prevent people
from hotlinking my site in an i_frame?

This is a bitch since with an i_frame referer info is send by the browser.

Thanks LiLi! that gives me some wood to play around with:

Hoax: yeah we added a 'first page count' option to our per click
program so that's why i was introduced to this cheating method today.. ;)

And yeah... i'll probably do the same as the hun did:
add a big 'this guy is stealing' or ill just redirect it
to some gay xxx fisting smut since it's a mainstream program
