I saw that gallery on this PornBlogSpace blog, and do not know how they could have added the thumbs that way...with border and all...

It's the default WP gallery. You can style it easily, you just need to add this to your functions.php file in your theme.

Code:

add_filter( 'use_default_gallery_style', '__return_false' );

I'm amazed at how many people just redirect mobile traffic away from their sites. Do they not get the fact that mobile will soon over take computers as how most people access the web?

The thing is that gallery was built at Pornblogspace and he couldn't make those changes..

Pornblogspace is a free bloghost which earns money on redirecting the mobile of all blogs. As horny dude says, it's the built in WP gallery. If you don't know how to modify your gallery, you might want to check out the free themes of Adult Site Skins (which is used in your example)
