Yes but its pretty stupid for YT to expect people to upload videos with no music or entertainment clips and expect enough people to watch them to charge for video views.
Silent cat videos can only generate so many views.

Angry Joe has a solid point with "fair use" of only showing a small clip so he can review it, its pretty reasonable.

Is it really stealing content? Did Siskel and Ebert get dmca'd for using movie clips in their movie reviews? I dont really see how this can be considered theft. If anything would fall under fair use, this should.

Interviewing a person or reviewing a game is not stealing content. I'm not a fan of this angry joe guy, but he is bang on with what he says with regards to branding / using content to review games and the likes in his reviews..
