Learn the basics first then work your way up, don't start at the top and work your way down, learn about everything concerning this industry you can and remember its not 1997 anymore, you have to work for every nickle you earn! You may have to read between the lines to find the information you need but this site along with a few others have a wealth of information, Google comes in handy as well to find what you need, who knows ask a question and there are many who will "offer" help
