did any of you get back the $ from banned Zombaio account?

hi, I read many of the zombaio threads but could not find a fresh and clear answer about situations like this one:

-in 2013 I had zombaio processing for my projectX
-in May 2013 I added a new projectZ website under that zombaio account and processed with it just for 1 week, because after 7 days from launching projectZ, I transfered the website to other company of mine (changed the owner info in footer and contact page) and at that point zombaio just banned the entire account my positive balance.

One of their replies said that after 6 months they will send me the $ i had in m balance
Now after 8 months I am trying to contact them again to ask about my money.


did any of you had been in a situation like this AND got the money bank? is there any hope?

As it seems to be near impossible to get money from my non banned account i'd say the chances of you ever seeing your money is about 0.
