We have a 13 year old who lives a few blocks away. She's mormon and is the oldest of 9 (there's another on the way). The parents homeschool. She loves to come keep an eye on my kids. She's $4 a hour and since she's homeschooled, she's available pretty much whenever I need her. Love this kid.

The Nanny is a pain in my fucking ass. She is always late. Has missed a bunch of days, always putting someone here in a bind. The first week she was here she kept taking the kids to her house. She can cook, but can't clean for shit...both things she claimed to be very good at. Problem is she's buddy / buddy now with my kids' mom. She gets $15 per hour for part time, which has gone upwards of 40 hours if one of us is out of town.

Now when she flakes, I've got a place I can drop them all day. It's an in house babysitting service run by another friend of a friend. She's $30 for 3 kids for 6 hours. Her house and backyard are a playground and the kids love to go.

Last but not least, there's my parents. They're free.

I have three little ones, ages 3, 4 and 5 - and I'm home with them most of the time. Having people ready to come watch them so I can get out is important to me. VERY important for my sanity.

They also will pay like the hourly rate till like Midnight, then say just a small fee from midnight till they drag in the wee hours of the drunk morning.

The idea of a "slutty, promiscuous babysitter" has been a staple in Hollywood movies and porn for years. No one with their "double anal" or "+$25 for a blowjob" jokes are advocating creepy behavior with minors. They're joking about the fantasy scenario so commonly used.

Thing is that they might not even thing about underage part, when I was reading those jokes I assumed adult baby sitter as from porn movie fantasies and only after reading your posts that underage part crossed my mind. Very possible that brain of those jokers were acting in a similar way (blocking underage part and thinking of that stereotype/adult babysitter fantasy).

So, based on your stance that the aforementioned scenario is not funny, what are your views on that fact that it's used so commonly for entertainment, both as humor and for sexual arousal?

I mean, I just went to a local adult video store's website and searched the term "babysitter" and received 5 pages of results, totaling 207 videos based on the "slutty babysitter" scenario.

And I know there's a ton more, but this semi-recent "mainstream" movie comes to mind:

The story follows a teenager who turns her babysitting service into a call girl service for married men after fooling around with one of her customers.

I'm not going to post the details of the Parents Guide from imdb, but if you follow the link to read about the details of the movie, you'll see its far worse than any small crack made on here in this thread.

NaughtyVisions, my stance is in how it pertains to this thread. This thread specifically asks about teenage babysitters. Not fantasy, or roles, or anything else. It was specific to teenage babysitters, and it absolutely implied minors. How it segued to "jokes" with respect to minors, on an adult industry forum, was simply eye opening to me.

I have no moral qualms about consenting adults. None. My comments are specific to this specific thread. That's all.

Anyway... was just my 2 cents. I don't think it needs any further followup.

ETA: To answer your questions, I cannot give you an answer based on the psyche of what attracts men to minors and perpetuated through both mainstream and adult. It's a niche I never personally promoted, nor would I. Truth be told, I find the entire teens niche or dressing pornstars up to look like minors completely distasteful and, thus, I don't promote it. But that's just a personal preference, certainly not one I try to impose on others, more especially consenting adults.
